此岗位要求之前从事过舾装设备的采购或者项目经理等，舾装设计人员也可酌情考虑，工作直接汇报给此外企工厂的厂长，目前暂无采购经理职位，所以后期可晋升空间较大。。。

Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
岗位职责和主要工作内容：以下为主要的岗位工作内容。其他工作内容另指派。
▪In charge of source and secure qualified vendor needed by company, meanwhile, continuously develops new suppliers
负责收集并挑选符合公司要求的供应商的信息并不断开发供应商
▪Experience in subcontract for shipbuilding industry to lead the small team
有船厂外包工作经验，并能带领小团队
▪In charge of negotiate with vendors in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc.
负责同供应商在产品价格、有效期、交货时间及售后服务等方面进行协商
▪Reviews vendor quotations and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. ▪ repares and follows up purchase orders
在权限及预算范围内比较供应商的报价及采购合同；负责合同评审、订单处理及跟踪
▪urchases needed parts and assistant production equipment from qualified suppliers
从合格供应商处采购生产所必需的零部件及生产所需的辅助设备等
▪Oversees the delivery performance of vendors.监控供应商的交付绩效
▪Discusses defective goods or services with corresponding personnel, department and take corrective actions遇到不良品或劣质服务时，与相关部门取得联系并采取措施予以纠正
▪Other tasks assigned by supervisor其它由主管安排的任务

Experience:
教育、培训和经验： ▪College or above 大专以上
▪ 5年以上相关工作经验5-year related working experience or above
▪ Preferable to ERP experience 有接触过ERP系统经验者优先
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
资历证书： Educational Certificate
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
知识、技巧和能力：
▪ Proficient of using MS OFFICE 熟练使用办公自动化软件
▪ Familiar with purchasing process了解采购流程
▪ Basic knowledge of quality system质量体系基本常识
▪ Logical thinking, careful and reliable逻辑思维,细致,认真,可靠
▪ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal 出色的沟通技巧和人际关系
▪ Willing to work under heavy pressure and frequently travel愿意承担工作压力和频繁出差
▪ Team work spirit具团队合作精神
▪ Good command of written and spoken English 英语书写与口语良好
