The installation as shown in the picture are not in accodance shipbuilding practice, however, the relevent IEC standard, IEC 60092-352/401 don't against this installation, provided cable is supportted by steel bar and fixed as shown in the picture and sharp edge of R-hole are to be taken off or bushing of R-hole is fitted.

这个照片很熟悉，去年在上海船厂57000BC就遇到这问题，他们厂里的工艺是仿韩国现代的，上建舱室的电缆就是这么过的，我不同意。理由如下：
1. R孔的边缘不光顺，从R孔中穿越的电缆不一定是1根，船舶在航行中，整个上建受到风浪结构是在不断的变形，扭动中的，这样的上建到处的R孔都在变化中，很难说穿越的电缆不被机械损伤，所以，坚决不同意。
2.规范上没有规定，但是电缆敷设的工艺上是有说明的，电缆穿越结构是需要开孔的，至于说是否要加电缆框，那到不一定，厚度大于6mm的结构，只要开孔边缘光顺，可以不要加框，除非开孔高度大于结构高度的25%，那是需要加强的。
最后船厂同意我的要求，在我们的项目上全部更改了工艺。
这张照片我看电缆敷设的不错，扁钢制作的很高，电缆敷设的也不错，房间还没有上复合岩棉板，这样的状态很好，不知道前面几层楼为啥觉得不好？

这个完全不可以，船检应该不会给你过的，你可以开孔穿电缆，但是在穿完孔后需要你在电缆的周围包上一层胶皮垫防止磨损。
