Naval Architect – (NAPA based)

Graig Grontmij | Carl Bro Ship Design is the joint venture between Graig China Ltd and Grontmij | Carl Bro a/s. Graig is a broad-based international shipowing and shipping services group with interests in newbuilding supervision, ship management, ship design, ship owning and ship finance. Graig provide tailor-made solutions for owner’s newbuilding and have contracted over 100 vessels in China, Vietnam, Korea and India.
Grontmij | Carl Bro is part of Grontmij, one of the largest players in the European consultancy market and offer consultancy services within the spheres of marine, building, construction, water, the environment, energy and industry, and are represented in the Netherlands, Denmark, the UK, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, China and Vietnam, among others.

Graig Grontmij | Carl Bro have been resposible for over 150 different designs . Dedicated naval architects are based in the main office in shanghai and work closely with the colleagues in Copenhagen.


We are looking for a Naval Architect who is qualified with the following:-

-
Bachelor Degree or above in shipbuilding, marine
engineering or mechanical engineering;

-
3+years or relevant experience in ship design,
marine institute design background is preferred.

-
NAPA minimum 1 year experience

-
Knowledge with Tribon or Autocad is also an advantage

-
Expert in MS office package

-
Good command of English，both in oral and written;
able to communicate with colleagues in Europe

-
Good interpersonal skills and strong team work spirit;
proactive and willing to take responsibility;
