-Work experience in production process; good knowledge about the necessary elements of production planning with at least 3 years in supervisor position

3. 装配工程师 Assembly Engineer  2人

Responsibilities:
-To develop the process for the engine assembly and work out the technology file
-To ensure a continuous improvement of productivity effect
-To prepare and manage the tooling for assembly workshop
-To solve the problems in assembly workshop to ensure the production proceeding normally
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical
-3 years work experiences in Mechanical assembly; diesel experience is preferred
-Experienced in the newest production methods
-Proficient computer skills in operating office and AutoCAD, etc.
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Can work over time at the beginning of the production

Responsibilities:
-制定工艺，编制机加工工艺文件
-为机加工车间设定标准作业时间
-完善工艺，持续提高生产效率
-设计、管理机加工车间的夹具、刀具等
-解决生产过程当中出现的技术问题，保证生产的顺利进行
根据授权方的规范建立产品质量标准
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical

5. 焊接工程师 Welding Engineer  2人

-制定工艺，编制焊接工艺文件
-为焊接车间设定标准作业时间
-完善工艺，持续提高生产效率
-准备、管理焊接车间的焊接、反变形工装等
-解决生产过程当中出现的技术问题，保证生产的顺利进行
-根据授权方的规范建立产品质量标准
Requirements:
-Bachelor of welding

工作职责：
-安全有效的使用各种生产工具和夹具

-控制焊工的失误率
任职要求：
-焊接或机械专业大专学历
-具有焊接工艺和物流计划方面的经验及相关知识

Responsibilities:
-To develop and monitor the electric cabling concept on the electronic engines including cost effectiveness
-To connect the steering system with the engine control
-To ensure a high quality and safety in his area with an efficient planning of his staff
-To ensure the safety on the engine
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related major
-Experienced in assembly work (mid size) and in personnel planning of a group
-Proficient computer skills in operating ERP system
-Good command of spoken and written English is a must

10. 设计经理Design section Manager   1人

Responsibilities:
-To control general drawing-related matters
-To modify the licensors' drawing/technical information to meet Chinese standards considering reliability/production costs/interchangeability of parts
-To prepare relevant drawings/technical documents for purchasing through the above tasks
-The section also prepares BOM (Bill of materials) for purchasing components/parts in and outside China
-To have technical negotiations with clients (ship owner, shipyard staff) to finalize the engine specifications
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent school career
-Job careers in the marine diesel engine field are welcome
-Basic knowledge of strength of materials, thermodynamics is required
-Proficient computer skills in operating ERP system
-Be able to use English as a working language both oral as well as in writing

11. 图纸/设计工程师Drawing/Design Engineer   1人

Responsibilities:
-To adopt the licensors' drawing to meet QMD's production procedure/scheme considering the relevant standards and regulations in China
-To apply the modifications by the licensors in accordance with their contents
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent school career
-Skilled in computer soft wares such as PRO/E, AutoCAD
-Good command of spoken and written English is required

12. 技术分析支持主管/工程师 Technical Analysis/Support Supervisor/Engineer　
各１人

Responsibilities:
-To be responsible for inquiry stage matters by contacting customers in cooperation with sales staff
-To handle technical analysis such as engine performance, engine vibrations and other technical matters
-To be responsible for various technical issues during designing/engineering process in cooperation
with other relevant groups or departments

14. 质量保证主管 QA Supervisor  1人

Responsibilities:
-To prepare quality inspection and test plan, quality assurance plan and quality inspection instruction
-To manage Nonconformance report system
-To implement proper methods to collect and analyze quality data on components /material related nonconformities; Take corrective /preventive action to execute continuous improvement such as KPI、FMEA、PDCA、SPC etc
-To maintain and improve quality system, be responsible for the internal /external audit
-To manage supplier quality performance system to ensure comply with QMD’s standard
-To prepare quality report and quality meeting
Requirements:
-College or above in mechanical or relevant major
-More than 5 years experience in quality assurance/control management area in mechanical manufacturing plant; be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 system and having internal auditing certificate is preferred
-Experienced in diesel factory or automotive engine factory, especially in joint venture company is preferred
-Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel etc
-Good knowledge about routine measurement tools
-Good command of spoken and written English is a must

15. 质量控制主管 QC Supervisor  1人

Responsibilities:
-To manage incoming inspection, process inspection as well as final inspection
-To manage products’ final inspection and release
-To implement the task according to inspection and test plan, complete relative quality records and test reports
-To prepare and fulfill First Article Inspections together with customers and production team
-To implement and verify corrective /preventive action
-To collect and monitor all confirmed quality indices and data
