Wilhelmsen Marine Consultants (WMC) is the technical maritime expertise centre of the Wilh. Wilhelmsen (WW) Group, a leading global provider of maritime services. WMC Shanghai is offering design and new building services in the Asian market. WW has some 12 600 employees in 390 offices in 105 countries, which cooperate with partners in an extensive global network. WMC is currently expanding the office in Shanghai.  We are therefore now seeking highly qualified Project Engineers/Project Managers within all disciplines.

Marine Project Engineers/Project Managers
The Job/Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for work related to your discipline in relation to ship design developments.
Interaction with other disciplines.
Communicate with the clients on design/project related issues.
Communicate with class societies and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:
MSc/BSc degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
At least three years experience for initial or class design.
Proven competence in conceptual and class design within your discipline.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good competence in the use of relevant ship design software.
Good interpersonal skills.
Hard working and able to work under pressure.

Draftman
Requirements:
Draftsman with experience from drawings of ship's structure and systems
Good command over the English language, oral as well as written
Strong, structured personality
Work well in a project team environment and able to work independently
Computer skills: AutoCad and experience with databases

都什么年代了，现在是重能力轻学历的社会，只要我会干活就行了，这种歧视大专生的地方给我多少钱我都不去，没有一个英明的领导，下面的人再怎么努力，这个企业也不会有什么大发展。专科生和本科生不应该一刀切，没有太大差别，主要得看人的能力怎么样，楼上该WASHBRAIN.
